GUEST GUIDELINES

Check in Time: After 3 PM        Check out Time: Before 11 AM.

Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the house. If you smoke please smoke on the stone patio outside and put cigarette butts in proper receptacles. 

Drugs:  Recreational drugs are not allowed in the Cabin or on the property.

Condition of Cabin upon Arrival:  Cabin will be clean with linens and towels provided.  Kitchen is stocked with dishes, utensils for basic cooking needs. Basics such as salt-pepper, toilet paper, dish soap, and first morning of coffee or tea will provided.

Condition of Cabin upon Departure: Cabin is to be left neat, with dishes washed, stove top and countertops clean ( dish washer soap and stove top cleaner provided), sheets and used towels placed on top of washer in laundry closet,  and all trash gathered and placed in the green outdoor receptacle at the front of the property. Clean barbeque, clean up after any pets and return all furnishings and items to their original place.

Parking:  3 parking spots are located on the property as you drive into the circular drive they are on your left.

Peace & Quiet:  The landscaping and deck were designed to create an environment of peace and quiet for visitors.  Being in a quiet rural area, it is important that all guests honor and respect the peace of nearby neighbors.  Guests are asked to keep noise levels down (no loud parties, amplified music, loud squabbling or high decibel outdoor chatter, barking dogs, etc.) while at the property.

Your day guests: day guests of Cabin renters is limited to 6 persons. Day guests may not stay as over night guests. All guests must be on the reservation form.

No food scraps or bones over deck: local wildlife can become attracted to the Cabin and cause damage as a result of guests feeding them or throwing bones, food or scraps over the back deck.  Please do not throw any food products over the back deck.

Pets:  

Cancellations and refunds  

All monies pre-paid are 100% refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date. 

If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival date but at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, a 20% rebooking fee will be charged. The 20% Rebooking fee is 20 percent of the rental rate. 

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date no refund of rental fee will be made. 

Security deposit and cleaning fee if applicable will still be refunded, regardless of lead time on cancellation notice.
