Your pets are welcome at the Cabin.  

The following are the Cabin pet rules. Please read our pet rules so everyone has an enjoyable vacation.

The dog run is a large outdoor gated area with shade that is adequate for small and large size dogs.

• Pet must be approved prior to arrival.
• Reservation form must include numbers, sizes and types of pets or they are not approved. Aggressive pet breeds will not be approved.
• Pets must remain on a leash while taking walks as per neighborhood requests and local ordinances.
• Take your pets with you when you go somewhere if it is safe for them.
• If you leave your pet inside, you are responsible for all cleaning or damage related to accidents.
• Poop patrol is required by owner on both walks and in the dog run.
• The dog run must be poop scooped  by guests prior to departure.
• Please remove all bowls, toys and food when you depart.
• Actual cost of cleaning or repairs will be charged to the security deposit credit card number.  If damages exceed the security deposit amount pet owners will be notified of actual repair charges.

Unique feature: Local pet sitter available: A trusted pet sitter and local neighbor pet sits horses, goats, cats and dogs alike.  His name is Ray and his contact information is available in the cabin binder upon arrival or by request. Ray is most often available if you want to take a day trip and want to leave your pet at home.

Local Vet information: Verde Veterinary Hospital (928) 634-9460 has emergency access after hours by calling their main number listed above. When you call after hours their message will refer you to the after hours emergency number.

Your dogs view

The dog run is very large and secure.

The Cabin Dog run is visible from the side and back deck. During the summer the run is fully shaded. During the cooler winter months there are evergreen's to provide shade.

From inside the dog run your dog can hear you and see you if you are out on deck. And... you can see your dog.
