The cleaning fee is the cost to pay a housekeeper for general cleaning items after your departure, such as sweeping/mopping floors, doing laundry and remaking beds, scouring sinks/toilets/shower.  The cleaning fee is included in weekly and extended weekend nightly rates.  If cleaning beyond this basic level is required after your departure, additional housekeeping costs will be deducted from your security deposit.

Security Deposit (SD) is held separately by a credit card authorization form in the amount of $250.00. Not charged if no damage and move-out check list followed.

Cancellations and refunds: 

All monies pre-paid are 100% refundable if cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date. 

If cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival date but at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date, a 20% rebooking fee will be charged. The 20% Rebooking fee is 20% percent of the rental rate.

If cancellation occurs less than 14 days prior to scheduled arrival date no refund of rental fee will be made. 

Security deposit and cleaning fee will still be refunded, regardless of lead time on cancellation notice.
